HJF Metal is the export brand of Shenzhen Houji Fuxin Smart Home Co., Ltd. We have built metal bed frames in Longgang, Shenzhen since 2011 — for furniture brands, importers, hotel fit-out contractors and e-commerce sellers who need a factory that can hold a tolerance, hit a shipping window and answer in English.
Cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, assembly and packing all happen under our own roof. That is why we can re-engineer a frame to drop into a smaller carton without waiting on a subcontractor's schedule — and why the 0.08 m³ knock-down carton exists at all.

Our standard MOQ is 100 units per model and size. Sizes and models can be mixed within one container — send us your target mix and we will confirm the most efficient combination. Trial orders in smaller quantities can be arranged on request.
Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit and drawing sign-off, depending on quantity and finish. Peak-season and custom orders may take 30–45 days — we confirm the current schedule when you enquire.
Flat-pack corrugated cartons, sized to the measured dimensions published for each spec. Knock-down series ship as flat components; packed volume runs from 0.06 m³ to 0.20 m³ per set depending on the series. Custom carton print and barcodes available.
T/T: 30% deposit, with the balance before shipment on first orders. For repeat customers we can arrange 70% against copy of bill of lading. L/C at sight is available for qualified buyers and larger contracts.

Frames carry a 2-year warranty against structural and workmanship defects, with 1 year on moving parts. Wear parts such as slats, bolts and light strips are stocked and shipped with your next order.
